Summer may have come and gone, but we are still in the process of wrapping up our summer mini-remodel in our Kitchen. My goal is to start the kitchen cabinet painting this weekend… but here is one finished portion of our kitchen:
- Wainscoting on (non-removable) kitchen wall:
If we couldn’t get rid of the wall (or at least open it up), we wanted to find some way to make the wall exciting.
Exciting to us = Wainscoting.
We love the look and it inspires us to begin work on our kitchen cabinetry. The chalkboard has been a fun way to write notes to another, post dinner menus for the week, and take photos (see below post). All in all, we think we found the perfect resolution to cure our non-removable wall blues… don’t you?
